Blundstone USA offers a 30-day return policy for boots in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. We are committed to ensuring you find the perfect fit and provide a streamlined process for returns and size exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through the portal to ensure trackable delivery to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Pack Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots inside their original shoe box and secure them within a separate shipping carton to protect the brand packaging during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.
